  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped Can substitute with pecans

Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper To taste

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, and walnuts.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until blended.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad mix and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the freshness!
