Honey Mustard Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Honey Can substitute with maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard Preferred type (yellow, dijon, or spicy)
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil Extra virgin recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar White wine or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, toss together mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, feta cheese, and walnuts.
  • In a smaller bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Drizzle the honey mustard dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
