  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, searing them in the melted butter for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and paprika, cooking for about one minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, letting the mixture simmer gently while scraping up those flavorful brown bits.
  • Top each chicken breast with an ample amount of shredded jack cheese and transfer the skillet to the oven.
  • Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months. Reheat gently to retain creaminess.
