  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh corn, sour cream, cream cheese, honey, and melted butter. Mix well until smooth.
  • Stir in the cornbread mix, salt, and black pepper until just combined.
  • If using, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes
