  • 48 ounces fully cooked frozen homestyle meatballs Any brand of meatballs can be used.
  • 12 ounces sweet red chili sauce Thai Kitchen works great.
  • 20 ounces grape jelly Can substitute with raspberry or apricot jelly.
  • 20 ounces canned pineapple tidbits Must be drained before adding.

Preparation

  • Start by placing the frozen meatballs in your crockpot.
  • Pour in the sweet red chili sauce and mix it up.
  • Add the grape jelly and drained pineapple tidbits.
  • Stir everything together to ensure the meatballs are evenly coated.
  • Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours or on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Before serving, uncover and give it another stir to mix the sauce well.

Notes

Serve straight from the crockpot for a buffet-style meal or with toothpicks for appetizers. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Adjust sweetness and spices to taste.
