  • 2 cups sliced strawberries Fresh and sweet strawberries.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Adds a fun texture.
  • 1 cup whipped topping Can be substituted with whipped heavy cream.
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels Can be swapped for graham crackers or crushed nuts.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar To enhance sweetness of the strawberries.
  • 1 packet strawberry gelatin Can be substituted with other flavors.
  • 1 cup cream cheese Use room temperature for easier mixing.

Preparation

  • Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle sugar over them. Let sit for about 30 minutes to enhance sweetness.
  • In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add marinated strawberries along with their juices to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in mini marshmallows and crushed pretzels.
  • Gently fold in the strawberry gelatin until well integrated.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve in clear bowls for visual appeal and garnish with mint. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, but add fresh pretzels if needed to maintain crispness.
