Ingredients
  

Seafood Filling

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, diced
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, diced
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Pasta and Sauce

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced lobster, crab, chopped shrimp, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  • Stuff each shell generously with the seafood mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  • Pour marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells and drizzle with heavy cream.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and golden.
  • Allow it to cool slightly before serving for the best flavor and presentation.

Notes

Garnish with additional fresh parsley or red pepper flakes for a touch of heat. Serve with a crisp green salad or garlic bread. A glass of white wine pairs perfectly.
