Ingredients
  

Pasta and Filling

  • 20 pieces large pasta shells Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce and Garnish

  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Carefully stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.
  • Pour marinara sauce generously over the stuffed shells to coat them evenly.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

Serving

  • Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a vibrant touch.

Notes

Serve with a light salad and garlic bread for an ideal pairing. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before baking.
