Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • On a baking sheet, roll out the crescent dough into a flat sheet.
  • In a pan, scramble the eggs and cook the sausage if not already cooked, then crumble the sausage into the eggs.
  • Mix the scrambled eggs and crumbled sausage together.
  • Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of the crescent dough.
  • Carefully roll up the dough from the wide end to the narrow end, encasing the filling inside.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
