  • 8 oz pretzels about half a 16-oz bag
  • 11 oz Kraft caramel bits one standard bag
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Preparation

  • Line your pan with parchment or wax paper on a baking sheet.
  • Add the chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  • Pour about two-thirds of the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into an even rectangle, approximately ΒΌ-inch thick.
  • Lightly press the pretzels into the warm chocolate. You can use whole mini pretzels or crush them slightly.
  • In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the caramel bits with the heavy cream and heat in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
  • Pour the melted caramel over the pretzels, ensuring an even spread.
  • Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the caramel layer and use a toothpick to create a marbled effect if desired.
  • While the bark is still soft, sprinkle sea salt over the top.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until the bark is fully hardened.
  • Once chilled, break the bark into uneven chunks or cut into uniform pieces.
