  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Kahlúa
  • 2 ounces pumpkin puree Use fresh for better flavor
  • 1 ounce heavy cream Can substitute with almond or oat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup Ice For mixing and serving

Preparation

  • In a shaker, combine the vodka, Kahlúa, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice with ice.
  • Shake vigorously until chilled and well mixed.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with heavy cream and gently stir to blend the flavors.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.

Notes

Serve in a chilled glass and pair with cinnamon-spiced biscotti or pumpkin pie. Store leftovers (without cream) in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
