  • potstickers (dumplings) You can use frozen potstickers.

Preparation

  • Pour the chicken or vegetable broth into a large pot and bring it to a rolling boil.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, letting it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Carefully add the potstickers to the pot, cooking them according to the instructions on the package.
  • Once the potstickers are cooked through, add your greens and let them wilt beautifully in the broth.
  • Season the soup with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, adjusting to your taste.
  • To serve, garnish with freshly chopped green onions and enjoy it warm!
