  • 1 cup creamy caramel candies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup salted peanuts Can substitute with other nuts if desired.
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Can substitute with semi-sweet chocolate.

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, melt the caramel candies and butter together over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and fold in the salted peanuts, ensuring everything is well combined.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming clusters.
  • Allow the clusters to cool and set for a few minutes before dipping each one into melted white chocolate.
  • For an extra flair, drizzle additional white chocolate over the top.
  • Let the chocolate harden completely before enjoying.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerated for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for about a month. Remember to let them sit at room temperature before eating.
