  • 1 tablespoon butter For melting with white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional: can substitute with almond extract
  • to taste sea salt Optional, for sprinkling on top

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Melt the caramel in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  • Once melted, add the salted peanuts to the caramel and stir until all peanuts are thoroughly coated.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of this mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow them to cool and set for about 30 minutes.

Melting Chocolate

  • In another saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips with the butter over low heat. Stir until smooth and remove from heat.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

Coating and Setting

  • Dip each cooled caramel-peanut cluster into the white chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated.
  • Place them back on the baking sheet and optionally sprinkle with a dash of sea salt.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate is fully set, about 30 minutes.

Notes
