Layering and Topping

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • Melt the unsalted butter and blend it with granulated and brown sugars until smooth and creamy.
  • Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix this dry mixture into the wet ingredients.

Layering

  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, then swirl in the pistachio cream.
  • Top with the remaining brownie batter, adding more swirls for visual appeal.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow to cool before topping with crushed Ferrero Rocher candies.

Notes
