  • 2 tablespoons pesto (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for grilling Use an ample amount for better crispiness

Preparation

  • Spread pesto generously on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer a slice of cheese between the bread slices, ensuring the pesto is facing inwards.

Cooking

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter or warm olive oil.
  • Grill the sandwich in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on one side until it turns golden brown.
  • Carefully flip and repeat for the other side.
  • Once done, remove from heat, slice in half, and serve hot for the best flavor experience!

Notes
