  • 4 medium flour tortillas
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for extra flavor) You can skip if you prefer only mozzarella.
  • 0.5 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for grilling)
  • 0.5 cup pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)

Preparation

  • Place a large skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil or butter.
  • Lay a tortilla flat. On one half, sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Layer the pepperoni slices on top, then sprinkle oregano and garlic powder. Fold the tortilla in half.

Cooking

  • Place the folded tortilla in the skillet and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy, and the cheese melts fully. Press gently with a spatula for even browning.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  • Once cooked, allow them to cool slightly, then slice each quesadilla into wedges.

Serving

  • Serve warm alongside marinara or pizza sauce for dipping!
