  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Pepperoni and Seasoning

  • 40-50 slices pepperoni (approximately 4 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for spice
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Add the Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the cheese mix, tossing everything together. You can also add red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Cut larger pepperoni slices in half for a better fit on the baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each slice.
  • Generously sprinkle the cheese mixture over each pepperoni slice.
  • Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and melted, and the pepperoni looks crispy.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let the crisps cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Enjoy immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping or alongside a fresh green salad. If storing leftovers, keep them in an airtight container at room temperature. Reheat in a toaster oven or air fryer to restore crispiness.
