  • 2 cups mashed potatoes

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the diced chicken breasts with grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter to avoid sticking.
  • Spread the creamy mashed potatoes evenly at the bottom of the dish.
  • Pour the chicken mixture over the mashed potatoes, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the top turns a beautiful golden brown.
  • Serve hot alongside garlic bread or your choice of roasted vegetables.

Notes

These chicken bombs are best enjoyed hot out of the oven. For extra flavor, sprinkle some fresh herbs on top before serving. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
