Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on the sheet.
  • Generously brush the olive oil mixture over each fillet, coating them well.
  • Top with a sprinkle of your chosen fresh herbs.

Cooking

  • Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to consume within 2-3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to 2-3 months. Reheat gently in the oven.
