Preparation

  • Begin by crushing the Oreo cookies in a food processor. Reserve a few whole cookies for topping later.
  • Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until evenly coated. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Spread this dreamy mixture over your Oreo crust in the baking dish.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk, letting it sit for about 2 minutes to thicken.
  • Spread the pudding layer over the cream cheese layer evenly. If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle mini marshmallows over the pudding for some added fluff.
  • Refrigerate the lasagna for at least three hours, allowing the layers to firm up.

Serving
