Ingredients
  

For the cheesecake mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easier blending.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Can substitute with a suitable sugar substitute.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Helps to bind the mixture.

For chocolate coating and decoration

  • 1 cup chocolate (dark or white), melted Melt before coating the bites.
  • to taste Sprinkles or festive decorations Add to the chocolate before it sets.

Preparation

  • Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Gently stir in the whipped cream until well combined.
  • Incorporate the graham cracker crumbs until the mixture holds together.
  • Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate for an even coat.
  • Return them to the baking sheet and add sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. They can be frozen before dipping in chocolate and thawed overnight for serving.
