  • 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped Ensure it stays fluffy when folded in.
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding Prepare according to package instructions.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • Peanut butter for drizzle Optional for decoration.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix until completely combined. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture over the Oreo crust evenly.
  • Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions and layer it on top of the peanut butter mixture.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top to add a touch of sweetness.
  • For an artistic flair, add a peanut butter drizzle in a swirled pattern on top.
  • Refrigerate your pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Slice it up and serve chilled for an irresistible treat.

Notes

This pie is best served chilled. Consider garnishing with chopped peanuts, a dollop of whipped cream, or cocoa powder. It can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
