Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup Butterfinger bites

For the topping

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until well incorporated.
  • Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9x9 inch pan to create the crust.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the caramel sauce and stir in the Butterfinger bites until evenly mixed.
  • Pour the caramel mixture over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly to cover.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and drizzle them over the top of the bars.
  • Refrigerate the entire pan for at least 2 hours to set before slicing into bars.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Make sure the caramel isn’t boiling when mixing in Butterfinger bites.
