  • 1 cup peanut butter Ensure well-stirred
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Can use gluten-free version
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Can substitute with butterscotch or white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted Use unsalted if preferred

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and melted butter until smooth.
  • Stir in the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips to distribute evenly.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9x9 inch pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the mixture is firm.
  • Cut into squares and serve as a delightful treat.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. For best texture after freezing, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
