Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the French fries with a generous drizzle of olive oil and the seasoning mixture (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper).

Cooking

  • Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  • Once baked, take the fries out and sprinkle them with shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
  • For that fiery kick, drizzle hot sauce over the top.
