  • 1 bag Frozen fries or fresh potatoes Use frozen for quick prep or fresh for a homemade touch.

Cheese Sauce

  • 2 cups Creamy cheese sauce Store-bought or homemade can be used.

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season according to preference.

Dressing

  • 1 cup Ranch dressing For drizzling before serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven and prepare your fries according to the package instructions or cook fresh potatoes until they’re nice and crispy.
  • In a saucepan, gently heat the cheese sauce until it’s warm and creamy.

Assembly

  • Once the fries are golden and fragrant, sprinkle them generously with Cajun seasoning and mix them thoroughly.
  • Arrange the seasoned fries on a plate and drizzle with a generous helping of cheese sauce followed by a splash of ranch dressing.
  • Serve immediately and dig into your luscious Voodoo Fries!

Notes

For best presentation, serve on a rustic board topped with green onions or cilantro. Great for potlucks, but be prepared for them to disappear quickly! Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
