Ingredients

Pasta and Sauces

  • 8 ounces pasta (elbow, penne, rotini, or shells) Choose your preferred pasta type.
  • 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce Homemade or store-bought.

Meat and Toppings

  • 1 pound ground beef (85/15 preferred) Optimal fat content for flavor.
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled Adds a crispy texture.
  • cup diced dill pickles For extra flavor.

Spices and Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking beef.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For a cheesy flavor.
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese Optional for extra meltiness.

Optional Toppings

  • chopped tomatoes For garnish.
  • shredded lettuce For garnish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until the beef is browned—about 5 to 7 minutes—and drain any excess grease.
  • Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the beef. Stir to combine and ensure the meat is well-coated in flavor.

Cooking

  • Reduce the heat to low and pour in the Alfredo sauce, stirring until the mixture is blended and heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well with the creamy beef mixture. Add cheddar cheese and mozzarella, stirring until fully melted and creamy.
  • Top with crumbled bacon and diced pickles. For an extra cheeseburger vibe, throw on fresh tomatoes or shredded lettuce right before serving.
  • Scoop into bowls and serve warm for a delightful, comforting experience.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop with a splash of milk or extra Alfredo sauce.
