Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese and scoop it onto the parchment-lined sheet, forming small mounds spaced about an inch apart. Gently press down for an even layer.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over each cheese mound.
  • Place one slice of pepperoni on each mound.
  • Bake the chips for about 12 minutes, monitoring closely until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • Let the chips cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. To re-crisp, bake them at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes. Experiment with seasonings like garlic powder or chili flakes.
