  • 1 selection cured meats Variety of choices.
  • 1 selection cheeses Choose assorted types.
  • 1 cup olives Mixed varieties.
  • 1 cup roasted vegetables Variety as well.

For Arancini (Rice Balls)

  • 2 cups cooked rice Chilled before shaping.
  • 1 cup cheese Chopped or grated.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs For coating.
  • 1 choice of filling Can vary based on preference.

For Fried Mozzarella

  • 1 cup mozzarella sticks Cut into sticks.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs For coating.

For Crostini with Various Toppings

  • 1 selection assorted spreads Hummus or tapenade recommended.

For Pesto Pinwheels

  • 4 tortillas large Use as a base for pinwheels.
  • 1/2 cup pesto Spread on tortillas.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Softened for easier spreading.

For Italian Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground meat Your choice (beef, pork, turkey).
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs For binding.
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning For flavor.

For Mini Sausage Rolls

  • 1 lb sausage Use your favorite type.
  • 1 package pastry dough To wrap the sausage.

Preparation

  • Start with each recipe, following traditional methods for the best results.
  • For the bruschetta, toast slices of bread and top with a mixture of diced tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • For stuffed mushrooms, hollow out the mushrooms and fill them with a blend of cheese, breadcrumbs, and herbs before baking until golden.
  • Assemble caprese skewers by alternating mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil on skewers.
  • Create a vibrant antipasto platter with a variety of cured meats, cheeses, and olives.
  • Make arancini by shaping rice balls, stuffing them, coating them in breadcrumbs, and frying until crispy.
  • For fried mozzarella, cut mozzarella into sticks and fry until golden brown.
  • Top crostini with your choice of spreads, such as hummus or tapenade, for great flavor variety.
