  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Enhances sweetness.

Serving Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whipped Cream For serving.
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries Strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries work well.
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce For drizzling on top.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one by one, incorporating each fully before adding the next.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and blend until combined.
  • Sift in the flour and salt, mixing until just incorporated.
  • Carefully pour the batter into your lined loaf pan.

Baking and Cooling

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is deeply golden and slightly cracked.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, top with whipped cream, fresh berries, and caramel. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for two months.
