  • 1/4 cup Hot honey Drizzle generously
  • 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For seasoning the chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • If baking, place the chicken in a greased baking dish; if pan-searing, cook the chicken in the preheated skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked.
  • Once the chicken is finished cooking, drizzle hot honey generously over the top and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese.
  • If baking, allow it to bake for an additional 5 minutes. If using the skillet, let it rest on low heat until the cheese is slightly melted.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken with rice, salad, or roasted veggies for a complete meal.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken a few hours before cooking. Add chili flakes to hot honey for an additional kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
