  • 2 tablespoons honey

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the diced sweet potatoes along with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Slice the honey garlic sausage into bite-sized pieces and scatter them over the sweet potatoes.
  • Drizzle honey over the sausage and sweet potatoes to enhance the flavors.

Cooking

  • Roast everything in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sausage is nicely browned.
  • After pulling the dish out of the oven, serve it hot and enjoy this comforting one-pan meal!

Notes
