Cooking Process

  • Begin by cooking the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the lean ground beef, draining any excess fat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the Italian seasoning. Let it come to a gentle simmer.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing everything directly.
  • Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately while hot.

Notes
