Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)

Instructions
 

Marination

  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or for up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grill or bake the marinated chicken tenders for 6-7 minutes per side. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve it up with your favorite dipping sauces or fresh veggies.

Notes

These tenders shine on their own but are incredible paired with a crisp Greek salad, warm pita bread, or vibrant tzatziki sauce for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
