Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the peanut butter filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Can substitute with almond butter.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with coconut cream for a lighter option.

For the chocolate drizzle

  • 1 cup chocolate chips Can use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
  • 0.5 cup milk chocolate For drizzling.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
  • Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool completely.

Filling Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, blend together the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold this into your peanut butter mixture until well combined.

Assembly and Chilling

  • Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled pie crust, smoothing it out evenly.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the pie.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream, crushed peanuts, or ice cream for extra indulgence. Store leftovers tightly covered in the fridge for up to five days or freeze slices for later enjoyment.
