  • 8 slices Herb Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Good quality turkey breast
  • 1 5 oz. box dry Stuffing Mix Follow package directions for preparation
  • 1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 18 oz. jar Turkey Gravy

Preparation

  • Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions (using the microwave method is recommended for simplicity).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy until smooth.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9 x 13-inch baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spoon ¼ cup of stuffing onto each slice of turkey, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the greased baking pan.
  • Repeat this process with all remaining turkey slices.
  • Pour about 1½ cups of gravy over the turkey rolls, and if desired, sprinkle them with dried parsley flakes.
  • Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • While the casserole is baking, warm the remaining gravy in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Serve the turkey roll-ups with the warm gravy for dipping.

Notes

These roll-ups are best served hot. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat by covering and warming in the oven at 350°F.
