  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, mashed Ensure bananas are very ripe for maximum sweetness.
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative) Adjust amount for desired consistency.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed bananas, milk, and baking powder.
  • Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour the oatmeal mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the oatmeal cups are golden brown on top.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Enjoy!

Notes

These oatmeal cups can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature. Serve as is or with toppings like yogurt, fresh fruit, or a drizzle of honey.
