  • 4 pieces Croissants
  • 6 large Scrambled eggs
  • 8 slices Ham
  • 4 slices Cheese Cheddar, Swiss, or provolone recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Optional for spreading on the croissants
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Split the croissants in half lengthwise.
  • In a skillet, scramble the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • On the bottom half of each croissant, layer slices of ham and cheese.
  • Top the ham and cheese with the scrambled eggs.
  • Place the top half of the croissant back on each sandwich.
  • Optionally, spread a little butter on the outside of the croissants for extra flavor.
  • Arrange the sandwiches on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For serving, garnish with fresh herbs or sliced tomatoes. Pair with coffee, tea, or juice.
