  • 1 cup pineapple BBQ sauce Use a preferred brand
  • to taste Salt Add as per preference
  • to taste Pepper Add as per preference

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by placing the chicken breasts in your crockpot.
  • Pour the pineapple BBQ sauce over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooking time is up, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot, mixing it with the sauce.

Serving

  • Serve with rice or mixed vegetables for a complete meal.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze shredded chicken mixed with sauce for up to 3 months.
