  • 1.5 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes Can substitute with red potatoes

Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped Add more to taste

Butter

  • 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads Adjust based on butter intake preferences

Preparation

  • Begin by placing the beef stew meat on one half of the crockpot and the baby potatoes on the other.
  • Evenly sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt over both the beef and potatoes.
  • Gently toss the beef to coat it in the seasonings while keeping it separate from the potatoes.
  • Add the chopped garlic on top of both the beef and potatoes for an extra flavor punch.
  • Place the butter pads generously over the mixture.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for six hours.
  • When it’s done, carefully spoon the garlic butter sauce from the bottom over the beef and potatoes to enhance each bite.

Notes
