  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For roasting
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste
  • 1/2 cup Toasted pecans Optional, for serving
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries Optional, for serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim the stems off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the glaze until they are evenly coated.
  • Arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through until they’re crispy and caramelized.
  • If using, sprinkle toasted pecans or dried cranberries before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, pop them back in the oven at 350°F until warmed through or sauté in a skillet over medium heat. For additional flavor, try a pinch of red pepper flakes in the glaze.
