Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough Homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni Can be substituted with cooked sausage or vegetables
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce Plus extra for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing the rolls
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • as needed cooking spray For air frying

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
  • In the center of each square, place a small amount of mozzarella cheese, some chopped pepperoni, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce.
  • Carefully fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges to prevent the filling from leaking out.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle on some Italian seasoning.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the rolls in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Cook the rolls for 8-10 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm and enjoy with additional pizza sauce for dipping!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can freeze for later use.
