  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Puree the fresh raspberries in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour half of the white chocolate mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Drop dollops of raspberry puree on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  • Pour the remaining white chocolate mixture over the top and swirl once more for marbled effect.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For variations, consider adding chopped nuts or using other berries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
