Preparation

  • In a food processor, combine the feta and cream cheese, blending until smooth and fluffy.
  • Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure a consistent texture.
  • While blending, drizzle in olive oil to enhance creaminess.
  • Transfer the whipped feta into your serving bowl.
  • Top with a generous drizzle of honey, then sprinkle the pistachios and cranberries on top.
  • Serve right away or chill for a bit to allow the flavors to mingle.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Can freeze for up to a month, but it's best consumed fresh for optimal texture and flavor.
