Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Generously season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for about 5-7 minutes until golden-brown.
  • Flip the thighs, add minced garlic, and cook for an additional minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, pat chicken thighs dry before seasoning to achieve a crispy sear. If desired, double the garlic for intense flavor!
