Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set it aside.

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Cook until they're golden brown and fully cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest, then slice it.

Making the Sauce

  • Using the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, letting it come to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combining and Serving

  • Return the chicken to the skillet, add the cooked pasta, and toss everything together until fully combined.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
