  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  • Carefully roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point, sealing the edges as you go.
  • Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and crispy.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

These bites are best enjoyed warm, with a dipping sauce like cocktail sauce or a zesty aioli. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven, avoiding the microwave to keep the crust crispy.
