  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant—this usually takes about 30 seconds.
  • Toss in the shredded chicken, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is heated through.
  • On a clean surface, lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture across them.
  • Top with shredded cheese and fresh vegetables.
  • Carefully fold the tortillas over the filling, then grill in the skillet until they’re golden brown and the cheese has melted—about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Serve warm, and enjoy the cheesy goodness!

Notes

For the most flavorful wraps, consider marinating your chicken the day before in a mix of olive oil, garlic, and herbs. You can also change up the veggies based on what's in season or what you have on hand.
