  • 200 grams Biscoff biscuits Can be substituted with graham crackers or other cookies.
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 100 grams cream cheese Ensure it’s softened for better mixing.
  • 50 grams powdered sugar Add more if mixture is too sticky.
  • 200 grams white chocolate For coating the candies.

Preparation

  • Crush the Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with cookie butter and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
  • Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • After chilling, scoop portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated, then lift them out with a fork.
  • Place the coated candies on a tray lined with parchment paper to set.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of sea salt atop the chocolate coating or mixing in crushed nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
